This policy sets the rules for using byrvox.com, operated by BYRVOX LTD. It is part of the Terms & Conditions.
You may
- buy codes for your own use or to give as a personal gift;
- keep one account per person and use it from your own devices.
You may not
- use stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or top up with someone else's card without their permission;
- open accounts in bulk, use bots or scripts to buy, or scrape the catalogue at a rate that disrupts the Shop;
- resell codes bought here as a business without our written agreement;
- abuse promotions, for example by creating several accounts to reuse a code;
- try to probe, break or bypass the Shop's security, rate limits or anti-bot checks;
- file chargebacks for top-ups you made and used;
- use the contact form to send spam, abuse or unlawful content;
- use any product in breach of the issuing platform's own rules or of the law where you live.
What happens if the rules are broken
We may cancel affected orders before delivery, suspend or close the account, and report fraud to the payment provider and the authorities. Balance that was paid for legitimately is refunded to its source when an account is closed, minus amounts subject to a chargeback.
