These terms govern every use of byrvox.com (the "Shop"), which is operated by BYRVOX LTD ("Byrvox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or deploying an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Shop.

What we sell

The Shop lists digital products: activation keys for games and downloadable content, software licences, gift cards, wallet top-ups and in-game currency codes. Each product is a code or credential that you redeem with a third-party platform (for example Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo or a retailer). We do not ship physical goods.

The product page states the platform, region and type of each unit. A code is only usable on the platform and in the region shown. Please check both before you deploy an order.

Your account

  • You need an account to buy. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
  • Give a real name and an e-mail address you control; codes and receipts are sent there.
  • Keep your password private. Activity on your account is treated as yours unless you tell us promptly that it has been compromised.
  • One person, one account. We may close duplicate or automated accounts.

Prepaid balance

Orders are paid from your Byrvox balance. You load the balance in advance through the top-up page; the methods available are shown there. Balance is a prepayment for purchases in this Shop only. It does not earn interest, is not a bank deposit or e-money account, and cannot be transferred to another person. How unused balance can be refunded is set out in the Refund Policy and the Payment Policy.

Prices and orders

  • Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you deploy the order.
  • Stock comes from our supply partners and changes constantly. If a unit becomes unavailable after you order, we do not charge for it: the amount is returned to your balance automatically.
  • An obvious pricing error does not bind us. If one affects your order we will tell you and return the amount to your balance.
  • A contract for a product is formed when the order is settled from your balance and the order page shows it as placed.

Delivery and the right of withdrawal

Codes are delivered electronically, to your account ("base") and by e-mail, normally as soon as the supplier releases them. Before deploying an order you are asked to request immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, under consumer law, the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content ends once delivery has begun. This does not affect your rights when a code is faulty, which are described in the Refund Policy and the Service Level Agreement.

Using the codes

Redeeming a code is subject to the terms of the platform that issued it. We are not the publisher of the games or software we list and cannot change a platform's rules, regional restrictions or account decisions. You may buy for yourself or as a gift; you may not resell codes bought here commercially without our written permission. Further rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the order was placed, or for problems caused by a third-party platform's service.

Suspension

We may suspend an account or hold an order while we look into suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse of promotions or a breach of these terms. We will tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it. Balance that belongs to you is not forfeited by a suspension.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you deploy an order applies to that order. Material changes are announced on the Shop before they take effect.

Contact and complaints

Write to [email protected] or use the contact form. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may contact the consumer protection authority where you live; nothing here takes away your right to go to court.
