Where your codes arrive
- In your base, on the drop (order) page and in your order history, where each code stays available to reveal and copy.
- By e-mail, to the delivery address you confirm at checkout.
When
Codes are released as soon as the supplier provides them, usually within minutes. While a code is being sourced, the drop page shows its status and refreshes itself. If a code cannot be supplied, the amount for that line returns to your balance. Target times are set out in the Service Level Agreement.
Revealing a code
Codes are hidden until you choose to reveal them, so that they do not leak through a shared screen. Reveal a code only when you are ready to redeem it.
Region and platform
Every product page lists the platform and region the code works on. Codes that are restricted to a region will not activate elsewhere; please check before ordering.
